I really enjoy the 16 x 16 Sudoku; however after finishing all fields in level 1, neither levels 2 or 3 will unlock. Any suggestions?

It didn't track each game won. I beat most of them but it never showed it.

I love the game, but the pink background colors on the game squares makes it very difficult to see the numbers and letters.
