Program allows users to choose lower and upper limits of the numbers. Limits can be positive or negative values.

Numbers can be integer (1,2,3...) or real (0.1,0.2...) ! You can configure how many digits you want to have.

Great four playing boardgames. It pops a window for your number which avoids confusion whether it worked or not when you get the same number twice.
