Vespucci is the first editor for OpenStreetMap on Android. You can download the map data for a specific area and edit the map. After editing, you can send it directly to the OSM Server.

Just does NOT load anything. Only during the very first run after reboot you may be lucky to get a download region.

Fabulous app. Shame it crashes here and there (on Desire), so you have to upload a lot. A bit complicated to learn, but when you learn, it flies.
