**This is a condition Plug-in for Locale v1.x

This plugin detect device startup.
You can use it to trigger Locale "settings".

With other Plug-in you can at each device startup:
- launch application
- see curent astrid task
- notify battery is under a specific level

Doesn't detect startup if screen is unlocked before Locale begins. 2.2 on N-1. Five stars when fixed.
