So upset. Worked on my G1 and cliq but doesnt work on my my touch slide now. Ugh wish i could have my money back!

This does not work!! I purchased this back in March and attempted 2 use it, but it NEVER WORKED! I contacted Verizon and they didnt know wht 2 do
