Calculate mortgage payments given principal, interest and term. Reverse calculate for any one variable given the other three.

Pay off mortgage early with bi-weekly or extra payments. Supports interest-only and Canadian mortgages.

Checkmark to calc years doesn't work, always defaults to 2 yrs.
