The app provides a simple way of doing this by reviewing the history of your recorded events.

Also includes password protection and editing of your previous responses.

Can customize irrational belief titles if using different system of cognitive therapy.

Great cbt thought record app. No more scribbling on napkins. But,needs capabilility 4 listing/rating more than one emotion. Otherwise Very Useful.

Excellent. This app is great. It follows general principles of cognitive behavioral therapy to teach you how to rationally dispute your negative thoughts.

Not Very Flexible I think the user should be allowed to customize the irrational thoughts list to better fit the system she's using with her own therapist.
