Doesn't work for barcodes It works fine for QR codes but to scan barcodes I'd have to open settings menu, close it, then the viewfinder gets flipped horizontally (which makes it hard to pan), only then it would read barcodes.

Useful App It scans the code and finds the item instantly.

Used to work It was nice while it worked. Why does it only show a black screen? No camera image whatsoever. Optimus S.

Permissions There is no reason to need access to contacts for a bar code scanner. Just another example of asking for more than is needed. Download another scanner that doesn't require unnecessary access for whatever bogus reason they give.
