Great app..does what is suppose to and more...love the private SMS function..and erase features..support is unbelievably fast. Must have app.

Keeps my phone from ringing when calls are from private number. Needs a smaller dock icon though.

that's how it works @Natalie, that is clearly described in the FAQ, you certainly don't have to read it 3 times to see it. An app running on your phone can't block a call from being connected, it simply doesn't have that capability to reach into your service provider's network and cut off the call there, I think I also explained this to you in the email. You are expecting too much from an app running on your phone. If this is not working as you expected please email us we can refund you.

Work well as described. A lot of options.@Natalie, u misunderstood the purpose of this app, it cannot know the incoming number until the call is in.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but... ...this is the first app where it just doesn't work - at all. I've gone through customization TWICE. It wasn't until AFTER I purchased it that it says it actually CAN'T block a number to your phone and only the service provider can do that. It gives you an option to chose one of thier ringtones where it's muted on the first ringtone, but the one that comes with the phone isn't there so I'd have to change my ringtone altogether. I may just go back VZW's $5 a month feature. I didn't have to go to FAQs 3xs.

Bcuz of this app, I no longer hav to deal with the dumb unknown calls that keep harassing me. Great app! This is the only one that has worked for me.

This is a great app but could you decrease the size of the shield icon in the dock to the size of something similar to juice defender or lookout?

@steven, be nice. Rooted phone has access to functions not availabe to regular phones. This app works perfectly and doesnot require rooted phone.
