Effing beast of a Root App! Best App ever!

Useless! I paid for the Pro version. I had to root my phone every time I upgraded the Android version. It has been backing up ever since I bought it. And the ONE time I have to restore on a new phone - Samsung Galaxy S3 with Jelly Bean from an S2 with ICS, I am not able to do it! I install the app and it does not even show - indicates installed with no Open option. And a whole TWO days go by without a response from support! Still waiting! I suppose my restore cannot be that important - my moving my apps and data can wait for support to take their jolly time. So, I have had to spend my time installing the apps I need on my new phone, thereby rendering the value of the backup as useless. So I wonder why all these geeks are so fascinated by this app. It takes a nerd to understand how to root the phone, and to understand the crude and complex interface. I have been in the business for decades and am familiar with many backup programs. I am sorry to say but this just does not cut mustard!

Great tool Easy to restore all apps with update.zip when flashing ROMs and ability to freeze apps make it well worth the money

Very good But tricky. When you ackowledge how to handle it is superb. New interface is a good step to reach excellence in terms of friendliness. Keep on working on that.
