Doesn't always work. Takes a long time to sync.

Touchy, but effective There are lots of little things that can derail a sync with this app, but I've found this to work more often than any of the other apps out there.

Greatly improved over the past year. Responses from support have been timely. Since I switched from Entourage to Apple's programs sync has been better

Does almost work for videos Podcast and videos I should consider myself lucky as the app is working pretty well on my HTC Sensation. Nevertheless there some malfunctioning feature that will for you to have other solution for your video including the video podcast. I sync everything: iCal, Address book, bookmarks, tasks .... The App on Mac systematically try to encode all the videos if they don't have the m4v extension. Even if the videos work perfectly as is for you android. The conversion takes so long that the sync become unusable.

Only seems to sync sometimes or is a pain to do

Very slow (many hours)! and constantly crashes when syncing Outlook contacts using Droid.

Full of bugs - horrible Support will just delete (not close) tickets if they can't resolve. Looking for alternative. Android should provide syncing as a standard.
