Any Soft Keyboard is an on screen keyboard with multiple languages support.
This is one of the most customizable keyboard available.

To activate: In Settings->Languages->tick AnySoftKeyboard
To set as default: Long press a text field, and select "Input method"

Great Keyboard Great keyboard especially for the galaxy s3, however there is bug when fast typing as it auto corrects even correct words, for example "if" and "is" are sometimes auto changed to "I", similar "have" I auto corrected to "gave", "out" is getting "put" etc. (Happens only when the space button is pressed very close to the last letter in the word, which is common when typing fast).

Pretty good and there's no 4.5 Some small annoyances and stuff, but they are usually fixed with frequent updates.

Best key board This is the best key board I have used so far, one star down for a couple of bugs, the most annoying one is when you delete a space, it deletes the whole word before it and the dictionary needs a little work and the emotions part too, add more please, but other than that I love this keyboard

Awesome Best keyboard, blows the AOSP out of the water. Only one request for you guys, I use Japanese a lot and would love a flick keyboard for kana integrated so I don't have to keep switching to my other keyboard for it. Thanks

Best keyboard Galaxy S3 will and have recommended this keyboard. It is a must to any android user. Truly is without a doubt the best! Skins are.nice etc etc. Thanks for this great liece of software.

Easily the best keyboard for antiquated Android devices. But some text does not draw in prefs dialogs in recent vrrsions...
