MineMessageVibrator is an open sourced app that provides a widget to Toggle SMS/MMS Vibrate ON/OFF easily, with a lot of other features:

Custom Vibrate Pattern
Unread SMS Reminder
Missed Phone Call Reminder
Unread GMail Vib/Reminder
Custom Reminder(Interval/Vibrate/Sound)
Auto Enable Vibrate & Reminder

Note:
*** On low RAM devices, GMail Vibrate/Reminder may not work sometimes when the app is randomly killed and before auto restarted, so don't rely on the GMail reminder very much...
*** If you upgrade to 1.09 and find the widget image is abnormal, please remove the widget and add a new one;
** If you have any problems, please email me, because I'm unable to get your email address in the comments.
* If vibrate randomly, probably it's downloading an MMS, check it in you Message APP.
