Description from the Market

Monitor GSM/CDMA network: cell info, signal strength. Use GPS/Google location. Generate database with custom info on cells. Export log to file TXT/KML(Google Earth). Map shows cell location.

* CDMA from Android 2.0
* No neighboring cells on Samsung, Acer, SE, Huawei and in GSM 3G, CDMA mode (limited not by my app)

** NO TA, Rx, Tx, CHANNELS, FREQUENCY ON ANDROID, YOU CAN'T SET CHANNELS MANUALLY!

This is a final beta version.
