It's good, but to be honest Quick Setting is better.

Persistent notification icons are a deal breaker.

Options would be nice. Setting brightness profiles, selecting which options to have available, etc.

Really minimal and slick. Would be perfect if it had the option to not appear in the notification tray (would rather map it to the search button).

I like it, but if you really want 5*s, add a toggle for screen timeout and WiFi timeout to be enabled/disabled, one for Bluetooth and lock pattern.

Doesn't work reliably on my Nexus... stalls foreground app, task needs to be killed. Good concept though.
