My Health Records

My Health Records is the easiest way to keep track of your medical information.  It includes a history and conditions log, a medications log, a body weight and BMI log, a blood pressure and pulse log, and a blood glucose log.

This gives you a record of your vital medical information, so that you can keep track of important measurements, as well as provide a quick list of information to any medical professional who may ask you.

After my own medical issues, I found myself trying to remember all the information needed by doctors and nurses when I visited them.  To make it easier for me and them, I designed this app.  I hope it works as well for you as it does for me.
