Restored but apps are missing so is their contents (I.e. key ring app and keeper app lost all content). Home screen background did not reload.

No other Back Up App/Support to match it!!! If, like me, you need a reliable and secure application for storing important data directly from your handset then you have come to the right place. With lifelong online storage as well as the option to store locally to your phone's memory card, MyBackup Pro is the obvious choice. Any questions? Contact the Rerware support team who will reply quickly and with exactly the information you need including links (if needed) to handy info such as password resetting and platform info. Score? 10/10 to Rerware!!

Solid customer service Had an issue with online backup. Support staff responded quickly and issue now seems to be resolved. Thanks!

App consistently times out and aborts backup. Devs were responsive, but just couldn't get resolution. Going back to Titanium Backup.
