Uber

I switched to Uber and will never go back to Taxi Magic. I was sick of Luxor cabs in SF cancelling my cab or taking up to an hour to show up

Thank goodness you dont have to rely on the SF cabs any more or get dropped by Taxi Magic

Great concept. Be aware this is a high-end service, 2x NYC yellow cab prices. App needs work. No price in advance? Map always zoomed to car in africa?

Use it all the time and love it. N san francisco the cab service sux. I gave up on cabs long ago. SF's new cabs r private cars. Bit more $ but worth.

Leave your iphone interface at the door, please! The heavily customized interface for this app is horrendous!

Excellent Service I don't think I've ever exited a taxi more relaxed than when I got in. Uber on the other hand cradled my butt with leather seats and got me door-to-door ready to conquer the world. Only complaints with the app are that 1) there's no way to view old trips, fares paid, etc., and 2) placing that pin for pickup location is tough if you've had a few.

Good app, great service, high prices. Literally $4+$2 per mile MORE than a taxi.

not the best UI...didn't know that I needed to tell the car where to pick me up from... But have had fabulous drivers!

Just installed on Nexus S. Won't let me login because my app is out of date. UPDATE: emailed Uber and they fixed it. Thx!

Bug fixed hours after I commented on it. Nice guys! Four stars until nyc service properly begins.
