This one does it all so you. Can take your info to your doctor, works well with my htc phone.

Not worth $5, cant edit types of insulin, "on track" is free and works.

I use this to track my bp/heart rate. This is easily the best android app for that purpose. If you are savy, custom reports with the csv are easy.

Would be really nice if it could export the table view to file so you could send it to your doctor or send several categoriers to your doctor.

Much to comprehensive a program to be called 'Diabetes'. Great for comprehensive health tracking including diabetes. Rename it.

If you're diabetic, definitely get this app. I love it that you can enter multiple types of data @ once, so meal+meds+BG=1 step rather than 3.
