gStrings is a chromatic tuner app measuring sound pitch and intensity of the violin, viola, violoncello, bass, guitar, piano and wind instruments.

This version has a few special treats (adjustable range nonlinear scale, doubled processing power) not found in the free version.

Worthless on D2. Wouldn't tune my elec guit with mic, had to revert to tuner again, what it said was in tune was way off and I had it set to guitar.

Great, but I find it picks up overtones instead of the fundamental when trying to tune low brass instruments. Tried different instrument settings..
