VLC Remote (beta)

Confusing setup The linked setup tutorial does not match with the current version of VLC. I changed my setting and now I cannot control my VLC on my PC! This is not only a garbage app it ruined my PC app. MINUS FIVE stars if I could.

Wonderful app! I don't give 5 stars because I think some more features would make this app amazing: 1- possibility to assign a name to the servers 2- scrolling through the time of videos should be more smooth 3- possibility to chose the screen to go black after a few seconds without locking the screen Great work anyway, thanks for this app!

Works like a charm! Just finished watching a movie using this remote. Does what it says.

Best by far of all the VLC controllers! My favorite feature of VLC, is the ability to speed up playback while not affecting the pitch of the speech. It saves me tons of time when watching recorded news. If this app had a speed control for that VLC feature, it would be perfect.

Wtf did not work

Works perfect Users who rate it 1*, well... I have no idea about the CERN but i don't say that those guys are retarded and the particles accelerator is useless...

Remote for VLC is better, but it can be best. Remote for VLC, is one of my favorite android apps, i use always. But it still has few, features missing which can make the app even better. 1. Remove feature should be there in Playlist. 2. Unable to browse the hidden files and folders, from library. 3. The options like, subtitle, audio track etc. works in windows but it does not work in my Ubuntu ( it behave entirely different and some other options gets triggered. ). 4. Movie seek slider functionality can be even better and smooth. Thanks, for sharing such a great app. But please think about these features. It can make the app the best lite remote control for VLC player.
