This app rings or vibrates on the hour and half hour in a standard ship's bells pattern.

You can also set "quiet hours" during which the app will neither ring nor vibrate.

Version 0.9:
* Added alternate sound files
* Decreased bitrate of sound files to make app smaller.  If sound quality is unacceptable, let me know
