1.5.1 Small screens support

Light and fast app which turns Wifi off when no known network is around and turns it on in locations where you were already connected before.

The app remembers the locations automatically. All you have to do is to turn the Wifi radio on at each new Wifi spot.

Am I missing the point? This does not allow the wifi radio to turn off! Of course it will auto connect to known networks, the wifis never actually off

Great app would give 5 stars but it keeps turning wifi back on after it has been manually disabled.

Good concept, probably works (have not tried to measure battery life). Ignores OFF setting until killed with a task manager, thus no manual override.

Turning on wi-fi even when the app is disabled. HTC Desire. It used to work on HTC Magic though.
