Port ??? Hey, where do i find the port number i need?

Works good I had trouble at first and almost gave up but went to geovision web site and read directions. Works good now. Must use 8.4 or better. Turn on web server. Setup login info. Setup and open ports. Must turn on jpg option in web server AND turn off advanced network security in web server.

Works fine I have Geovision installed at all of my company branches but even the local Geovision distributor fails to make it work with my managers Android phones. That is until I was introduced to a freelance cctv installer said to be an expert in Geovision system. He visited all my sites to do some tweaking and soon got all the systems viewable on Android phone. For those with problems my advice is to get someone familiar with Geovision to set it up for you.

Doesn't work I finally got it to work. I use a VPN to my office on my Nexus 7. Then I changed the mobile port to 8080. Now it works. Oh, and you must be running Geovision 8.5.5. Having done all that it works OK. Clearly they need to improve this app. Geovision support for mobile devices is poor at best and after talking to them for some time, it's clear they really don't care about this part of the mobile market.

PLEASE HELP I have an Samsung Infuse and downloaded the GV-AView successfully but when I connect all it shows is the camera area with "Loading" on it, but nothing is loading. Can anyone help me with this? I greatly appreciate it.

terrible will not work

Very satisfied Added security around my house. I access all my cams easily and no glitch from my laptop at the office or on the road with my android. For those who have problems I'm sure it's all about how your system was programmed. A good tech that understands GeoVision is the key.

Dont work only in wifi. I have 4g but still dont work but work in wifi please fix htc my touch

Won't load It shows the cameras but just continues to say loading. Please fix asap or we will start flagging this app

Below average Geovision needs to step it up in the mobile app department. Low quality UI. Poor design. Unintuitive and lacking in features. Remote playback is a joke. I have used Geovision for many years, but planning to switch if they don't improve soon. For the price people are paying for their DVR systems, at least hire a professional graphics artist to design the icons for the mobile app.
